These terms apply to all coaching and personal training services provided by FitWithLexy. They are written to be read — short, fair, and in plain language. By booking a session or purchasing a package you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

FitWithLexy is the personal training and coaching business of Aleksandra (“Lexy”), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) based in the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42090172, trading name FitWithLexy, at Westwagenstraat 79 C, 4201 HE Gorinchem. These terms apply to every booking, package, and payment. Questions? Message Lexy on WhatsApp or email vitharanagedonalex@gmail.com.

2. The services

FitWithLexy offers 1:1 personal training and coaching for women: a one-off intro session and monthly packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month. Sessions are planned together with Lexy, normally via WhatsApp. Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else without Lexy's agreement.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. You can pay online through our payment provider Stripe (iDEAL, card, and other methods) or in another way agreed with Lexy. Every package is a separate one-time payment for one month: there is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and you decide each month whether to continue. Payment is due before the first session of the package.

4. Planning, rescheduling, and cancelling sessions

Sessions are scheduled together via WhatsApp. Need to move a session? No problem — let Lexy know at least 24 hours in advance and it will be rescheduled for free. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, may be counted as used, because that time was reserved for you. Sessions are intended to be used within the package month, but life happens: in consultation with Lexy, unused sessions can be paused or rolled over to the next month.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you buy a package online as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (herroepingsrecht). If you ask to start training within those 14 days, you agree that the service begins right away; if you then withdraw, you receive a refund of the full amount minus the value of sessions already delivered. Once all sessions of a package have been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To withdraw, simply email vitharanagedonalex@gmail.com or message Lexy on WhatsApp.

6. Refunds

First month guarantee: if you are not happy after your first month, you get your money back in full, minus only the sessions you already used — no discussion needed. After that, unused sessions are always refundable. Prefer to pause or roll your sessions over instead of a refund? Just message Lexy. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. And if Lexy hasn’t contacted you within 48 hours of your payment, you can request a full refund by emailing vitharanagedonalex@gmail.com — no questions asked.

7. Health and safety

By booking you confirm that you are physically able to take part in training. Tell Lexy about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or anything else that may affect your training — this information is treated confidentially (see the Privacy Policy). When in doubt, consult a doctor before starting. Lexy may adjust, pause, or refuse training if she believes it is not safe for you.

8. Liability and results

Participation in training is at your own risk. FitWithLexy is not liable for injuries or damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for coaching in the three months before the event. Coaching is a best-effort service: results depend on many factors, including your own effort, and specific results are never guaranteed.

9. Training materials

Training schedules, plans, and other materials you receive are for your personal use only. They remain the intellectual property of FitWithLexy and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Something wrong? Message Lexy first — most things are solved in one conversation. Formal complaints can be sent to vitharanagedonalex@gmail.com and will be answered within 14 days. Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, for example when services or prices change. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
