Voordat ik met Lexy begon, was ik nog nooit in een sportschool geweest en vond ik het best spannend. Wat ik zo fijn vind aan haar, is dat ze je meteen op je gemak stelt. Ze heeft veel kennis, legt alles rustig uit en geeft je nooit het gevoel dat je iets had moeten weten. Tegelijkertijd is ze eerlijk en corrigeert ze je als een oefening niet goed gaat, zodat je zeker weet dat je het op de juiste manier doet. Wat ik het meest waardeer, is dat ze echt kijkt naar jou als persoon. Ze kijkt niet alleen naar je doelen, maar ook naar wat haalbaar is in jouw leven. Als werkende moeder van drie kinderen is dat voor mij heel belangrijk. Duurzaamheid staat bij haar duidelijk voorop. I’ve been training with Aleksandra for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really happy I started! I was quite nervous in the beginning and had no idea how to use the equipment, but she made me feel comfortable right away 👌🏻. She explains everything clearly, is very patient, and really takes the time to listen to what you need. I also appreciate how she adapts the training to my level and goals. The sessions are motivating but also very enjoyable, and I already feel stronger and more confident in the gym and with my body 💪🏻! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is just starting out or looking for guidance in training 😊
